Finding the Right Supplies

  • With more than seven decades of experience in medical supplies, we can meet complex supply needs, and provide you with the highest quality catheters.
  • Whether you are new to self-catheterization, or an established catheter user, we can help you find the catheter you need.
  • Once we receive your prescribed catheter size and type, we can send you catheter samples to try at home, so that you can select the most comfortable catheter for you.
  • If you are having trouble with your catheterizations, we can work with you and your physician to find a solution, and, if you are having problems with your current supplier, we offer an easy transition to our services.

Timely Deliveries and Ongoing Customer Service

  • We follow up within 72 hours of your initial delivery to ensure you are satisfied, and again with each monthly delivery.
  • A dedicated, knowledgeable customer service representative will call you every month about your order prior to shipment--not an automated computer system.
  • We follow physician’s orders, monitor ongoing utilization, and verify changes with your ordering physician.

Coordinating Your Physicians and Insurance
